About Kath
Welcome
Life & ADHD coach. Mum. Evidence informed, neuro-affirming practitioner.
Hi, I’m Kath Parker — and I believe deeply in the potential of every young person I meet. Across 25+ years leading teams, mentoring people, and supporting neurodivergent individuals, I’ve learned that when someone understands their brain and receives support that honours their wiring, everything begins to shift.
I also bring my own lived experience of ADHD, which means I understand the inner world behind behaviours — the creativity and intensity, the time blindness and sensitivity, the pattern spotting, the inconsistent motivation, and the incredible strengths. This lived insight helps me coach in ways that feel validating, practical, and deeply human.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and ND affirming research — drawing on executive function science, ADHD literature, values-based coaching, behavioural psychology, and self-determination theory. In plain terms: we use what the research says works for ND brains, and we tailor it to the person in front of us.

I am completing a Diploma of Coaching alongside my ICF coaching accreditation, and I am training as an ADHD Coach through the LCA. I am also a professional member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Australian ADHD Professionals Association (AADPA), and I align my practice with the ICF Code of Ethics. These commitments ensure coaching that is ethical, evidence informed and grounded in recognised professional standards.
